Phoenix Flagpole Warranty & 100 MPH Wind Guarantee Details

Phoenix Flagpole Warranty & 100 MPH Wind Guarantee

Official warranty coverage, wind guarantee terms, and claim procedures for Phoenix Telescoping Flagpole owners.

1. Phoenix Forever Warranty

This warranty is for the original purchaser only and covers defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. To activate your warranty, you must register within 90 days of your purchase date.

What Is Covered (Replacement Parts):

  • Interlocking Sleeves - lifetime coverage against mechanical failures or jamming
  • Swivel Rings & Fasteners - including the double-flag harness system
  • Top Caps & Post Fasteners - all structural top-end and base connection hardware
  • Lexan Components - all UV-stabilized polycarbonate parts
  • Rust-Free Aluminum - aircraft-grade aluminum sections are guaranteed never to rust, oxidize, or corrode
We replace failed parts at no charge. The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs. If the complete flagpole must be shipped back to us for inspection or repair, factory labor fees are not covered.

2. 100 MPH Wind Guarantee

In addition to parts coverage, we guarantee all aluminum tubing sections against bending or permanent breakage caused by wind up to 100 MPH, under the following conditions:

  • Maximum of one standard US flag (4x6 ft or smaller) flying during the wind event
  • No additional accessories (solar lights, heavy toppers) attached during the event
  • Does not cover tornadoes, Category 2+ hurricanes, or other extreme atmospheric events
A note on "flexing": Seeing your flagpole move, bow, or sway in the wind is completely normal and intentional. The pole is engineered to flex so it safely disperses wind energy along the column rather than snapping under rigid force. This is a feature, not a defect.

3. Anti-Theft Protection

Every Phoenix Flagpole includes our Securi-Shur(TM) Anti-Theft Locking Clamp. If your properly installed flagpole is stolen while covered under the program, we will provide replacement assistance subject to program terms.

To file a theft claim, you must submit proof of purchase and an official police report within 30 days of the theft.

4. Owner Responsibilities

To keep your warranty coverage active and your flagpole safe:

  • Monitor local weather and lower the flagpole during severe weather or when winds are expected to exceed 100 MPH
  • Remove all flags and accessories during extreme weather events
  • Follow the official installation instructions for ground depth and drainage

5. How to Register & File Claims

Registering Your New Warranty

Step 1: Locate your original Atlantic Flag & Pole order confirmation or invoice number.

Step 2: Go to our Warranty Registration page.

Step 3: Submit your address and installation details within 90 days of delivery to lock in your coverage.

Filing a Repair or Damage Claim

Step 1: Take clear photos showing the specific damage. Do not remove the pole from the ground sleeve before we verify.

Step 2: Go to our Repair Claim page.

Step 3: Upload your photos and submit. Our team processes claims within 2-3 business days.

6. Shipping Damage

If a replacement part arrives damaged during shipping, you must report it to us within 7 business days of delivery confirmation. Include photos of both the damaged packaging and the part itself so we can file a carrier insurance claim on your behalf.
