All Phoenix Flagpole kits are backed by our Forever Warranty. This covers structural defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. The warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlantic Flag & Pole shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or products.
5. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
