We're confident you'll love your Phoenix Flagpole. Try it for a full year—if you're not satisfied, we'll make it right. No questions asked.

How to Return

To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at returns@atlanticflagpole.com or call 518-400-0765. We'll provide prepaid shipping labels and walk you through the process.

Return Conditions

• Products must be in original or like-new condition
• All original packaging and accessories must be included
• Return shipping is prepaid by Atlantic Flag & Pole
• Refunds issued within 14 days of receipt

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We'll exchange your flagpole at no cost. Simply contact us and we'll arrange the swap with prepaid shipping both ways.

Warranty Returns

Under our Forever Warranty, if your flagpole has a structural defect, we'll repair or replace it at no cost. Contact us with details and we'll take care of the rest.
